Manage Oura’s LMS, learning and compliance reporting, AI-enabled learning workflows, content governance, program logistics, and vendor coordination. Support onboarding and manager-development programs, maintain learning resources and audits, troubleshoot platform issues, and collaborate with HR, IT, AI teams, subject-matter experts, and vendors. The role also provides opportunities to develop instructional design and learning content creation skills.

Develop and govern scalable NetSuite customizations and integrations using SuiteScript, automated testing, and AI-assisted development. Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and business users to translate requirements into durable solutions. Establish coding, testing, documentation, configuration, change-management, and AI-use standards while supporting integrations with Workato, billing platforms, payment processors, 3PL partners, and enterprise APIs.

Develop and maintain ASC 606 revenue accounting policies, review complex contracts, prepare technical accounting memos, and advise cross-functional teams on revenue implications. Support accurate period-end close activities, audits, and revenue reconciliations. Build scalable templates, playbooks, and documentation while identifying automation opportunities. The role requires strong contract interpretation, technical writing, stakeholder influence, and expertise in technology, subscription, or recurring-revenue environments.
