Lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative consumer research supporting product development and innovation. Develop segmentation, personas, competitive intelligence, concept testing, pricing, and post-launch experience insights. Monitor customer sentiment, synthesize behavioral and research data, and present actionable recommendations to product and cross-functional stakeholders. Manage internal and third-party research execution while leveraging AI tools to improve research design, synthesis, pattern discovery, and strategic storytelling.

Leads corporate accounting operations, month-end close, accruals, lease accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, OPEX reporting, fixed assets, audit support, SOX controls, and process transformation. Manages corporate accountants, strengthens internal controls, improves ERP and close-management workflows, supports public-company readiness, and partners with technical accounting, Finance Transformation, FP&A, auditors, and controllership leadership.

Prepare SEC filings, financial statements, footnotes, supporting schedules, and tie-outs for 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K reports. Build reporting calendars, templates, documentation, and SOX controls while managing PBC requests and audit support. Partner with Finance, FP&A, Legal, Tax, Equity Administration, and auditors to improve reporting processes and provide analyses. This remote senior individual contributor role supports Oura’s public company readiness.
