Teams at Our National Conversation (ONC)

Support HR team by screening applicants, scheduling interviews, onboarding/offboarding interns and volunteers, maintaining paperwork, and assisting with HR projects. Remote role with weekly meetings and flexible hours.

Support fundraising and business development by researching and drafting grants, assisting crowdfunding and donor outreach, preparing campaign materials, and researching fundraising best practices. Work remotely, manage deadlines independently, and attend weekly organization and department meetings.

Write high-quality opinion pieces and policy proposals for ONC, support nonpartisan civil debate, attend mandatory weekly content meetings, participate in podcasts/events as needed, and coordinate remotely via Zoom and Slack. A writing sample is required. This is an unpaid remote internship for U.S.-authorized candidates.
