The company develops AI-powered accounts payable automation using artificial intelligence, payment technology, and neural networks. Leads Ottimate’s implementation and enablement team, owning methodology, delivery quality, capacity planning, customer change management, and cross-functional alignment. Builds repeatable implementation playbooks, coaches team members, manages escalations, tracks delivery metrics, and ensures customers achieve measurable value after adopting AP and financial operations workflows.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and growth of Ottimate’s new product initiatives across procurement, budgeting, spend planning, and contract management. Lead customer discovery, validation, MVP development, launches, and portfolio metrics. Manage product managers and designers, oversee Design and UX, and partner with engineering, data science, sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver coherent, market-ready products.
