Coordinates testimonial shoots with restaurant partners, manages production logistics, directs authentic video content, and creates platform-first social media for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Oversees asset handoffs, edit versions, creative feedback, and creator or influencer partnerships. The role requires hands-on content production, editing, storytelling, and adaptability in live restaurant environments, with regular travel throughout Greater Los Angeles and occasional travel beyond the area.

Define platform-level experience architecture, shared interaction patterns, and cross-product workflows for navigation, permissions, configuration, onboarding, activation, and expansion. Simplify complex software through scalable mental models and reusable frameworks while partnering with Product, Engineering, and Design Systems. Explore AI and emerging technologies to improve prototyping, iteration, and user outcomes.
