Coordinates daily clinic operations, including patient communication, check-in and check-out, scheduling, payments, insurance verification, inventory management, and clinic reporting. The role addresses or escalates patient concerns, collaborates across departments, and completes administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality and delivering high-touch customer service.

Leads the clinic’s clinical, operational, financial, and team performance while continuing direct patient care as a licensed Physical Therapist. Oversees providers and support staff, manages clinic KPIs and P&L, drives quality and patient outcomes, supports hiring and development, implements process improvements, builds referral relationships, and contributes to organizational clinical initiatives.

Own and optimize patient lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, push, and CRM channels. Design segmentation, personalization, nurture, retention, reactivation, and subscription engagement programs in Iterable. Launch campaigns, maintain journey logic, conduct A/B tests, analyze performance, and report on lifecycle KPIs. Collaborate with Product, Clinical, Operations, Experience, and Growth teams to improve patient engagement, care adherence, conversion, retention, renewal, and lifetime value while meeting clinical and compliance requirements.
