Leads a five-person accounting team across general and technical accounting, accounts payable, and procurement. Oversees financial close, financial reporting, reconciliations, technical accounting, audits, GAAP compliance, internal controls, and accounting operations. Researches complex accounting matters, prepares technical memoranda, implements standards, improves processes, and partners with FP&A and business leaders. Manages team performance, vendor payments, procurement oversight, and compliance filings.

Leads Network Operations, production support, monitoring, incident response, service reliability, and operational readiness for customer-facing applications and services. Manages technical teams and contractors, develops talent, establishes 24x7 operating standards, improves incident and change management, and drives automation using SRE and operations engineering practices. Partners with engineering, security, QA, DevOps, and release teams to improve production health, documentation, metrics, service recovery, and application reliability.

Designs, develops, tests, maintains, and supports full-stack software products, primarily using .NET and modern web frameworks. The role contributes across the software development lifecycle, troubleshoots production issues, ensures performance and reliability, mentors engineers, and collaborates with product and engineering teams. Responsibilities include applying microservices, event-driven architecture, Agile practices, automated testing, cloud technologies, and governed agentic AI development workflows.
