Provide direct patient care under a Physical Therapist's plan: implement and adjust treatments, document responses, ensure patient safety, instruct patients, maintain equipment and schedules, mentor PTA students, follow HIPAA and safety policies, and participate in professional development.

Reviews and adjudicates health plan appeals and grievances involving medical services, benefit design, coverage, and clinical criteria. Provides regulatory responses to insurance and managed-care authorities, communicates decision rationales and network or quality concerns, and contributes to committees, process improvement, staff training, and organizational projects. Requires an actively licensed, board-certified physician with clinical practice and quality management experience.
