Provides direct patient care in a clinical setting, collects and documents patient information, assists with injections, EKGs, phlebotomy, and diagnostic procedures, coordinates care, handles patient communications, maintains accurate EMR documentation, and prepares rooms and equipment while following infection-control protocols.

Review clinical documentation to assign appropriate medical codes (diagnosis, procedures, E&M), generate and follow up on queries, perform and respond to coding audits, mentor others, and use Epic/EHR and coding software while applying coding guidelines and compliance to support accurate charge capture and revenue cycle.

Provide direct primary care to patients from newborn through geriatric age, including examinations, evaluations, diagnoses, assessments, and treatment. Manage an average of 18–20 patients daily during a Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule. Collaborate with clinical peers, use an advanced EMR system, and contribute to initiatives that improve patient care.
