Responsibilities include drafting, editing, publishing, and maintaining documentation; improving information architecture, terminology, style guides, templates, and contribution workflows; collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Support; and building an AI-assisted, scalable content workflow. The role requires strong technical writing, process improvement, CMS and knowledge base experience, and ownership of content quality and publication cadence.

Sell Optro’s AI-powered GRC SaaS platform to large public and private organizations. Responsibilities include full-cycle enterprise sales, territory and pipeline development, cross-sell and net-new acquisition, executive engagement, product demonstrations, complex deal strategy, partner ecosystem development, and collaboration with SDR, solutions, implementation, and customer success teams. The role requires 25–30% travel for client, partner, and industry events.

Partners with leaders and employees across Customer Advisory Services, Finance, and Legal to align people strategy with business goals. Advises on performance and talent reviews, compensation, employee relations, career development, leadership coaching, organizational design, headcount planning, and performance management. Uses people metrics to guide talent strategies, supports organizational change, and fosters an inclusive, high-performing culture in a scaling SaaS company.
