Partners with leaders and employees across Customer Advisory Services, Finance, and Legal to align people and business strategies. Advises on performance and talent reviews, compensation, employee relations, career development, leadership coaching, organizational design, headcount planning, and HR processes while supporting an inclusive, high-performing culture.

Lead and execute company-wide demand generation strategy to drive pipeline and growth. Manage and develop a demand generation team, align with Sales/RevOps, adopt AI-driven martech, optimize multi-channel campaigns (ABM, SEM, SEO, paid social, email), manage budgets, forecast results, and report to executive leadership to inform GTM strategy.

Serve as product-focused legal advisor to product, engineering, support, and marketing teams on AI, cloud, privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity; draft agreements and disclosures; lead technology transactions; translate evolving regulations into actionable guidance; review third-party terms; and help develop commercial strategy for new products.
