Teams at Optro

Sell Optro's audit, risk, ESG, and InfoSec SaaS to large public and private organizations. Manage full sales cycle with emphasis on net-new business, build pipeline, engage C-level stakeholders, demo solutions, co-create business cases, close deals above $1M annual quota, collaborate with SDRs, implementation, and partners, and travel for client meetings and events (~25-30%).

Design, scale, and administer Optro's global compensation and total rewards programs, including salary structures, pay bands, merit/bonus/equity cycles, incentive plan design, benchmarking, analytics, compliance, and enablement. Partner with People, Finance, and leaders to align compensation with business goals and support global growth and pay equity.

Lead and scale the product marketing organization to define Optro's AI-native GRC positioning. Drive GTM strategy, messaging, pricing and packaging, partner marketing, competitive intelligence, and customer advocacy while partnering closely with Product and Sales to maximize market adoption and revenue.
