Teams at Optima Tax Relief LLC

Communicates with prospective members about tax problems, assesses their needs, qualifies them for tax resolution services, enrolls eligible members, and forwards them to tax resolution staff. The role involves inbound and outbound calls, customer service, PII security, office software, onsite training, and obtaining CTEC certification within 90 days.

Manages HR operations, employee relations, investigations, personnel transactions, claims, onboarding, compliance audits, performance improvement plans, terminations, and HR service delivery. Partners with leaders on workforce objectives, trains management, maintains employee records and labor-law postings, and protects sensitive employee information. The role requires strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law, excellent organization and communication skills, and at least four years of HR experience.

Prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and amended tax returns; communicate with members to verify documents and provide status updates; review transcripts and member files; collaborate with internal teams to bring members into tax compliance while protecting PII and delivering timely, accurate reports.
