Coordinate cross-functional technical programs from planning through production, managing schedules, dependencies, risks, suppliers, documentation, and stakeholder communications. Partner with engineering, operations, customers, and manufacturing vendors across silicon photonics and semiconductor development. Drive milestone reviews, recovery plans, process improvements, and alignment with technical, quality, schedule, resource, and budget objectives.

Facilitate reviews, maintain project documentation and dashboards, communicate status to stakeholders, and improve project management processes while ensuring technical, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are met.

Paid summer internship testing photonic integrated circuit hardware in a laboratory environment. Responsibilities include building and modifying photonic test stations, operating optical and electronic test equipment, writing Python automation programs, collecting and analyzing system-level data, and preparing test reports. Candidates should be pursuing a graduate degree in electrical engineering, photonics, or a related field, with basic coding and laboratory equipment experience.
