Design and maintain scalable dbt data models and ELT pipelines in Snowflake. Architect data foundations to power AI and LLM-enabled workflows, operationalize core SaaS metrics, and build reusable data assets for analytics and activation. Partner cross-functionally to embed analytics into workflows and ensure scalable, secure architecture.

Own the integrations product roadmap, including API contracts, canonical data models, integration frameworks, marketplaces, developer experience, and monetization. Partner with Engineering, GTM, Customer Success, and field teams to translate customer needs into scalable integration products. Define standards, packaging, pricing, success metrics, and AI-enabled integration opportunities while ensuring strong interoperability, self-service configuration, documentation, and platform adoption.

Leads Revenue Operations across Sales, Marketing, SDR, and Enablement functions. Partners with the CRO on revenue planning, forecasting, territory design, quota setting, pipeline health, executive reporting, and operational cadence. Owns revenue technology, data governance, funnel processes, KPI dashboards, and cross-functional alignment. Builds and manages a multifunctional operations team while improving sales productivity, enablement, forecast accuracy, and scalable go-to-market processes.
