Support construction site safety through inspections, incident investigations, training coordination, documentation, safety walks, contractor compliance, emergency planning, and ensuring OSHA/CALOSHA recordkeeping and corrective actions are completed.

Manage tenant improvement projects from initiation through closeout: schedule and budget oversight, bid/scopes coordination, change order and invoicing management, vendor prequalification, punch lists, value-engineering, and cross-functional collaboration with leasing, design, and site teams.

Coordinate land and zoning approvals, manage budgets and invoices for land development projects, and support real estate development teams and outside consultants to deliver projects on time and within budget. Maintain market knowledge, participate in sales/marketing efforts, and assist with special projects and consultant coordination.
