Manage health and safety programs across multifamily construction projects in Los Angeles. Develop safety plans, conduct site inspections, oversee subcontractor compliance, deliver training, investigate incidents, maintain regulatory documentation, and coordinate with OSHA, fire departments, insurers, and municipal inspectors. Track safety KPIs, prepare reports, manage corrective actions, and promote a proactive safety culture while ensuring compliance with OSHA, Cal/OSHA, EPA, and local regulations.

Supports construction-site safety programs through inspections, accident investigations, corrective actions, training, emergency planning, OSHA/CalOSHA compliance, documentation, and contractor oversight. Coordinates safety meetings, maintains required records and postings, distributes safety supplies, reviews equipment placement, and coaches site personnel and supervisors on safe work practices.

Serve as the primary post-sale technical contact, managing the lifecycle of enterprise client environments. Drive QBRs, oversee health/performance/compliance, coordinate NOC/SOC escalations, recommend upgrades, validate SLAs, and identify expansion opportunities while ensuring documentation and cross-functional alignment.
