Lead MEP retrofit projects by assessing existing systems, developing retrofit strategies, managing design reviews, contracts, procurement, scheduling, and on-site MEP coordination. Oversee testing and commissioning, ensure code compliance and quality, and drive energy optimization and modernization across large-scale construction projects.

Support full project lifecycles for construction projects by maintaining schedules, budgets, contract admin, BIM coordination (clash detection, model verification), meeting facilitation, documentation control, progress reporting, cost monitoring, and assisting close-out and handover activities.

Coordinate land and zoning approvals, manage budgets and invoices, oversee land development projects with outside consultants, ensure projects complete on time and within budget, support real estate development and sales/marketing initiatives, and assist with special projects.

Serve as the primary post-sale technical contact, ensuring client environments' health, performance, and compliance. Lead QBRs, manage escalations with NOC/SOC/Pro Services, document systems, recommend upgrades, drive renewals and expansions, and coordinate cross-functional handoffs to align technical delivery with business outcomes.

Manage tenant improvement projects from initiation through closeout: schedule and budget oversight, bid/scopes coordination, change order and invoicing management, vendor prequalification, punch lists, value-engineering, and cross-functional collaboration with leasing, design, and site teams.
