The Sales Manager will develop channel sales strategies, manage Channel Partner Managers, enhance distributor relationships, and oversee sales performance to drive revenue growth.

Owns execution of onboard AMR software (firmware, navigation, core platform), managing backlog, sprint-level delivery, and cross-team coordination. Translates system requirements into user stories, supports testing and release readiness, identifies risks/dependencies, and engages customers and stakeholders to align engineering outcomes with roadmap and commercial priorities.

The role oversees a sales team to execute strategies, manage performance, coordinate with regions, and foster partner relationships to boost sales and market share.
