Use Ashby, AI tools, recruiting metrics, market insights, and competitive intelligence to improve hiring workflows and outcomes while helping scale the company’s GTM organization.

Own the company-wide financial model, including five-year planning, scenario analysis, forecasting, budgeting, variance reporting, and commission calculations. Partner with Accounting, Sales, RevOps, and department leaders to maintain accurate financial workflows and support strategic decisions involving pricing, hiring, and investment. This remote role requires strong SaaS financial expertise, advanced modeling skills, and independent execution in a scaling startup.
