Handle inbound customer calls for auto glass services, persuade callers to choose the company, schedule mobile and shop appointments in the CRM, provide service and pricing information, confirm appointments and follow up on quotes, enter accurate data, and collaborate with technicians and management to resolve issues.

Provides remote administrative and operational support to the owner and US- and Philippines-based teams. Responsibilities include calendar and correspondence management, internal communications, document preparation, data entry in Zoho CRM, liaison work with Philippine business and government entities, confidential information handling, and ad hoc operational projects. The role requires fluent English and Filipino/Tagalog, strong organization, independent work, and availability during Philippine business hours with overlap into US Central Time.
