Lead advanced statistical and machine learning analyses on large workforce datasets to support pay equity, workforce planning, and talent analytics. Clean and validate data, develop models, translate results into client-ready insights, present to stakeholders including executives, mentor junior analysts, and help build new analytical tools and frameworks.
