Designs and leads enterprise cybersecurity architecture across network, cloud, endpoint, identity, and data environments. Develops security strategies, governance frameworks, and controls; conducts risk assessments, vulnerability management, penetration testing, and incident response. Oversees security tool integration, regulatory compliance, third-party risk, and secure development practices. Provides technical leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional guidance to protect business-critical systems and minimize cyber risk.

Develop and implement Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce. Translate business requirements into scalable CRM solutions, integrations, and releases. Troubleshoot, test, and maintain application security. Create and support Tableau dashboards, reports, visualizations, and server or cloud deployments. Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and technical teams while assisting with development estimates and schedules.

Participates in hands-on training across service center operations, including freight management, forklift operations, truck driving, scheduling, payroll updates, safety, and team leadership. Trainees fill in as supervisors, assign work, monitor efficiency and quality, maintain operational records, recommend process improvements, and submit activity reports. The program includes CDL and management training, with approximately 15% travel to other service centers and relocation flexibility required after completion.
