Hands-on Principal Product Designer translating OfferUp’s brand strategy into distinctive consumer product experiences. The role includes auditing the current experience, identifying high-value opportunities, designing and prototyping key mobile experiences in Figma, validating hypotheses through research and experimentation, creating reusable design-system patterns, partnering with Product, UX, Marketing, and Engineering, and advancing work into live experiments or implementation. Success is measured through improved comprehension, activation, trust, local engagement, retention, and adoption of reusable design principles.
