Teams at OEC

Performs OEM certification audits, evaluates collision repair processes, identifies workflow and compliance gaps, implements repair planning systems, and provides consulting and training to collision centers. Supports profitability improvements, documents facility visits and coaching sessions in OEC software, responds to client questions, manages schedules, and maintains continuing education. Requires frequent travel to assigned repair facilities and a valid driver’s license.

Directs the Revenue Enablement function, setting strategy, roadmaps, budgets, and performance goals for GTM enablement. Leads managers and staff, oversees hiring and development, and delivers onboarding, sales readiness, training, content, and standardized sales methodology programs. Partners cross-functionally to align enablement with product and market needs, measures impact through revenue KPIs, manages Seismic and Outreach, and leads AI-driven process improvements.

Generate and qualify sales leads through research, outbound phone and email outreach, product education, discovery-call scheduling, and lead nurturing. Maintain accurate account information in Microsoft Dynamics 365, participate in outbound campaigns, meet performance targets, and transfer qualified opportunities to Account Executives. The role emphasizes relationship building, objection handling, communication, organization, and growth toward an Account Executive position.
