Manage and supervise car wash and detailing operations across a territory, including hands-on washing/detailing, client relationship management, team training, operational performance monitoring, budgeting, field visits, and promoting safety and process improvements while traveling extensively.

Provide legal counsel on corporate matters including contracts, M&A, governance, IP, and employment law; draft and review documents; conduct legal research; manage external counsel; mitigate legal risks and support regulatory compliance and stakeholder negotiations.
