Territory Sales Associate responsible for acquiring and growing independent coffee shop customers across California and the Pacific Northwest. The role manages sales pipelines, achieves revenue targets, onboards customers, expands accounts, conducts in-person cafe visits, maintains HubSpot records, and partners with operations and vendors. Candidates need sales, account management, or business development experience, relationship-building and closing skills, pipeline management experience, and a passion for coffee and small businesses.

Leads Odeko’s strategic sourcing and upstream supply chain strategy, including supplier selection, negotiations, commercial terms, cost savings, margin improvement, category management, assortment decisions, and private-label development. Owns supplier performance, landed COGS, and DPO while building a category management organization. Partners with executive, revenue, finance, legal, and supply chain teams, and oversees supplier visits, trade shows, and co-packer relationships.
