Leads Oaktree’s global procurement strategy, strategic sourcing, technology procurement, supplier lifecycle governance, procure-to-pay controls, and procurement operations. Oversees enterprise software renewals, complex negotiations, supplier performance, asset management, spend analytics, process automation, and the Hyderabad Procurement Operations Center of Excellence. Partners with Finance, Legal, Technology, and business leaders to improve commercial value, governance, compliance, service delivery, and procurement technology across global operations.

The Vice President will lead high-visibility business transformation initiatives across the investment lifecycle. Responsibilities include optimizing investment operations workflows, supporting OMS implementations, improving controls, documenting processes, managing end-to-end projects, and leading organizational change. The role partners with Investment Operations, Trading, Compliance, Technology, Data, and Digital Product teams to reduce operational risk, improve efficiency, implement technology-enabled processes, and drive stakeholder adoption through training, communications, and transition planning.

Provides comprehensive administrative support to an Investment Operations team and multiple senior executives. Responsibilities include complex calendar management, meeting and event coordination, domestic and international travel arrangements, expense reimbursement, invoice and budget tracking, accounts payable validation, expense reporting, and special projects. The role requires strong organization, initiative, discretion, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced financial services environment.
