Coordinates marketing administration, inquiries, prospect qualification, community tours, events, database updates, referral-source engagement, and resident move-ins. Maintains knowledge of community services, supports sales conversions, manages marketing events within budget, assists new residents and families, and completes move-in procedures. Requires flexibility, independent judgment, problem-solving, basic math, first aid certification, background screening, and health clearance.

Supports the marketing department through administrative coordination, prospect inquiries, database updates, follow-up correspondence, community tours, and event planning. Qualifies prospects, supports sales conversions, assists with resident move-ins, and serves as a liaison for new residents and families. The role also maintains property knowledge, ensures tour-route readiness, follows move-in checklists, and participates in resident and referral-source events.

Leads the senior living community’s daily operations, staff hiring and performance, regulatory compliance, resident experience, occupancy, budgeting, and financial performance. The Executive Director manages teams, communicates with residents, families, employees, and agencies, and ensures high-quality assisted living and dementia care practices. The role requires California RCFE certification or nursing home administrator licensure, residential elderly-care experience, and the ability to manage complex operational and interpersonal situations.
