Manages phones, appointments, patient files, authorizations, insurance documentation, correspondence, and chart preparation. Greets patients, explains consultation processes, and supports timely patient flow. Also audits invoices, investigates payment issues, and helps resolve customer concerns while maintaining accurate records and a high-quality patient experience.

Provide comprehensive medical and surgical ophthalmology care, including cataract surgery and medical ophthalmology services.
