Lead and grow a small ML engineering team while staying hands-on: design and ship GenAI features, build agentic LLM systems (NER, classification, retrieval, summarization), partner with PM and engineering, scope ambiguous problems, and reduce COGS through ML automation.

Drive growth in the CPG vertical by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract close. Develop territory and account strategies, build executive-level relationships, grow and manage pipeline, communicate solution value and ROI, negotiate strategic partnerships, forecast accurately, and consistently meet or exceed quota. The role requires technology or SaaS sales experience, strong prospecting ability, and effective collaboration with solutions consultants and internal teams.

Support a core set of clients by guiding users on Numerator's Insights platform, performing ad-hoc/custom analyses using proprietary consumer panel data, delivering actionable analytic insights and recommendations, and presenting findings across channels including industry forums and written content.
