The HR Generalist supports employee relations, leave administration, onboarding, personnel records, benefits open enrollment, wage-and-hour audits, performance review tracking, investigations, terminations, and HR policy administration. The role partners with managers across multiple sites, maintains confidential records, ensures legal compliance, and provides employee and management guidance in a high-volume warehouse environment.

Supervise afternoon order fulfillment operations, leading warehouse personnel, training and developing team members, monitoring KPIs and SLAs, planning labor requirements, driving safety and continuous improvement, and ensuring customer commitments and financial goals are met. The role requires hands-on warehouse leadership, operational flexibility, strong communication, attention to detail, and the physical ability to work in demanding warehouse conditions.

Supervise warehouse order fulfillment operations, ensuring timely delivery, SLA compliance, safety, quality, efficiency, and financial performance. Lead training, cross-training, personnel development, performance feedback, and operational metrics. Coordinate labor planning with the Distribution Center Manager based on forecasts and client direction. Maintain safe, clean work areas and ensure compliance with safety rules, security protocols, and standard operating procedures.
