Supervise order fulfillment team to meet KPIs and financial goals. Train and develop staff, plan labor, monitor performance within SLAs, enforce safety and SOPs, and support continuous improvement.

Serve as liaison between clients and IT to onboard and maintain system integrations. Manage SOWs, review ERP documentation and field mapping, coordinate end-to-end testing, provide helpdesk support, and track project progress to ensure timely, accurate implementations and client satisfaction.
