Manages broadcast operations, including Master Control and Operations staff scheduling, hiring, training, supervision, and performance reviews. Oversees technical workflows, broadcast automation, media servers, satellite and online recording schedules, digital content delivery, FCC compliance, closed captioning, and standard operating procedures. Coordinates with news, creative, engineering, and IT leadership to ensure technically accurate programming and promptly resolve on-air discrepancies. Supports directing and operational duties during special events, absences, and emergencies.

The Account Executive will focus on new business development and advertising solutions, requiring creativity in marketing strategies and strong communication skills.

Direct live newscasts for local ABC, CBS, and Fox stations using broadcast switchers and studio systems. Operate Ross Carbonite switchers, cue graphics and audio, and coordinate talent and crew. Must demonstrate strong computer, people, leadership, and attention-to-detail skills; background check, drug screen, and proof of U.S. work authorization required.
