Field-based Account Executive responsible for winning and growing aerospace, defense, and industrial accounts. Duties include territory planning, prospecting, factory visits, consultative selling, opportunity management, quoting, negotiation, closing, account growth, forecasting, and coordinating with sales, pricing, supply chain, and operations teams. The role requires regular local and regional customer travel and ownership of customer issues through resolution.

Own the product roadmap for software supporting inventory, planning, production, quality, and shipping workflows. Observe factory-floor operations, define requirements, prioritize improvements, and lead delivery from discovery through rollout. Coordinate software, training, process, and equipment changes while measuring adoption and operational performance. The role requires close collaboration with operators and engineers, strong problem-solving, attention to data integrity, and comfort working in high-pressure manufacturing environments.

Improve factory safety, quality, throughput, uptime, and material flow. The Manufacturing Engineer designs tooling, fixtures, layouts, workstations, and standard processes; supports equipment commissioning and production ramp-up; investigates defects and downtime; develops production metrics; and trains teams. This hands-on, floor-focused role partners with operators, maintenance, quality, software, and leadership to implement measurable process improvements and support urgent production issues.
