The role also mentors clinical staff and supports operational improvements across complex clinical studies.

Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical research and corporate roles within a CRO environment. Partner with hiring managers to build pipelines, source candidates, conduct screening, manage interviews, negotiate offers, and onboard. Provide market intelligence, track recruitment KPIs, ensure compliance, and support employer branding.

Lead and manage oncology clinical trial projects from site selection through closeout. Oversee timelines, budgets, vendors, regulatory/ethics submissions, patient recruitment, safety coordination, eTMF/CTMS maintenance, and ensure compliance with ICH‑GCP, SOPs and Project Agreements.
