Leads quality, environmental, health, and safety programs across two manufacturing facilities. Oversees GMP, ISO, OSHA, EPA, audits, CAPA, incident investigations, environmental permits, training, emergency response, and continuous improvement. Partners with plant leadership and operational teams to improve product quality, regulatory compliance, workplace safety, and sustainability. Regularly travels between local facilities and reports performance to executive leadership.

Leads day-to-day manufacturing plant operations, production supervisors, and indirect hourly staff. Drives production targets, labor efficiency, lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, quality, safety, raw-material usage, maintenance coordination, and on-time shipping. Uses production metrics to identify performance improvements, manages employee development and accountability, and collaborates with HR, quality, scheduling, sales, customer service, and other plant functions.

Leads quality, food safety, compliance, auditing, corrective action, and continuous improvement activities across approximately 10 manufacturing facilities in the United States and Canada. Develops quality strategies, analyzes performance data, supports customer issue resolution, manages audits and certifications, trains plant teams, and drives scrap and cost reduction. The remote role requires extensive travel of up to 75–80%.
