Supports FP&A activities by preparing budgets, projections, recurring financial reports, productivity and firm-performance analyses, fixed-asset and depreciation reports, and ad hoc finance analyses. The role responds to partner and principal data requests, manages concurrent priorities, and communicates findings. It requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, Excel, Microsoft Office, and accounting software skills. The position is available remotely or hybrid in select locations.

Advises affordable housing developers on LIHTC transactions from feasibility through closing. Leads strategy, feasibility analysis, capital stack structuring, QAP applications, financial modeling, agency interactions, awards, and post-award activities. Manages client and stakeholder relationships, evaluates risks and underwriting assumptions, communicates complex concepts, reviews staff work, and provides training. Requires expertise in 9% and 4% LIHTC transactions, affordable housing finance, and state housing agency processes.

Oversee PHA and HUD-related audit engagements with minimal supervision, managing planning, staffing, technical issues, reviews, billing, and client relationships. Supervise and mentor professional staff, conduct evaluations, develop new business, meet sales and marketing goals, provide training, and represent the firm externally. The role requires maintaining expert accounting and tax knowledge, managing a substantial fee base, enhancing profitability, and supporting affordable housing and governmental clients.
