Support the General Counsel by advising on client disputes, compliance, contracts (engagements, MSAs, NDAs, SaaS), subpoenas, leases, IP protection, employment issues, and litigation; manage contract workflows and outside counsel; lead legal projects and ensure timely resolution of stakeholder requests.

Lead enterprise-wide lifecycle strategy, roadmaps, and adoption for core systems. Prioritize investments, align stakeholders, define governance and KPIs, drive optimization and vendor engagement, mentor product teams, and ensure measurable business outcomes and long-term system health.

Lead sponsorship and advertising sales for national conferences, journal, website and email campaigns. Own full sales cycle, build and grow client relationships, create customized proposals, manage pipeline in Salesforce, track metrics and represent sales onsite at conferences to drive revenue and new products.
