Supervise and mentor professional staff, conduct evaluations, develop new business, meet sales and marketing goals, provide training, and represent the firm externally. The role requires maintaining expert accounting and tax knowledge, managing a substantial fee base, enhancing profitability, and supporting affordable housing and governmental clients.

Lead sponsorship and advertising sales for national conferences, journal, website and email campaigns. Own full sales cycle, build and grow client relationships, create customized proposals, manage pipeline in Salesforce, track metrics and represent sales onsite at conferences to drive revenue and new products.
