Supports the design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and improvement of automation hardware, motion systems, prototypes, and production solutions. Creates technical documentation, evaluates motion performance, resolves equipment issues, and contributes to manufacturability, reliability, quality, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations teams.

Design, integrate, validate, and optimize complex motion products and systems. Translate customer needs into technical requirements, support system architecture decisions, mitigate technical risks, execute verification and validation activities, resolve complex technical problems, and provide technical guidance and mentoring to cross-functional engineering teams. The role supports customer engagements, supplier visits, product development, and cross-site collaboration, with travel up to 30%.

Drive project-based sales of EOAT and automation solutions to OEMs, machine builders, integrators and end users. Build and manage customer relationships, forecast and grow territory revenue, qualify technical opportunities, manage CRM (Salesforce) pipeline, and support escalations and cross-functional coordination. Heavy field engagement required.
