Leads quality engineering activities, including design control, risk management, validation, audits, root cause analysis, and CAPA. Supervises quality team members, ensures regulatory and quality-system compliance, drives product reliability and continuous improvement, analyzes quality trends, reduces cost of poor quality, and mentors engineers. The role also supports team engagement, development, and retention.

Design, integrate, validate, and optimize complex motion products and systems. Translate customer needs into technical requirements, support system architecture decisions, mitigate technical risks, execute verification and validation activities, resolve complex technical problems, and provide technical guidance and mentoring to cross-functional engineering teams. The role supports customer engagements, supplier visits, product development, and cross-site collaboration, with travel up to 30%.

Drive strategic growth across complex OEM accounts by expanding customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, developing account strategies, and translating customer needs into scalable solutions. Build executive-level relationships, influence product and business strategy, and coordinate with engineering, operations, product management, and program teams. The role requires consultative selling, account planning, pipeline development, strong business acumen, CRM usage, and travel of up to 50%.
