Conduct conflicts-of-interest research and analysis by reviewing matter intake, performing corporate and database research, designing Boolean database searches, and identifying potential conflicts for lawyer review. Communicate findings, work with Compliance Lawyers to resolve issues, maintain confidentiality, and support compliance workflow and Global Practice Standards inquiries.

Supports the Office Administrator and serves as the Los Angeles office’s primary visitor and client-services contact. Responsibilities include greeting and escorting visitors, managing conference rooms and access badges, coordinating catering, transportation, events, vendors, and client hospitality, processing invoices and expenses, maintaining parking records, and submitting maintenance requests. The role requires in-office attendance, strong customer service, professionalism, organization, adaptability, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Reviews lateral-hiring conflict checks by researching clients, parties, corporate affiliations, and database results. Analyzes potential conflicts, summarizes findings for Compliance Attorneys, clarifies matter-intake information, and supports accurate, confidential compliance workflows. The role requires strong research, analytical, organizational, communication, prioritization, and issue-spotting skills, along with discretion and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
