Build and own the cost accounting function, including standard costing, inventory valuation, WIP, COGS, manufacturing variance analysis, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting. Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Program teams to translate production activity into accurate product costs. Establish scalable processes, controls, ERP workflows, and reporting infrastructure while supporting month-end and quarter-end close activities.

Leads commercial growth and end-to-end business development across Northwood’s commercial space customer base. Builds executive, technical, procurement, and partner relationships; develops account and campaign strategies; identifies and shapes opportunities; and guides pursuits through contract award and expansion. Partners with product, engineering, mission, and leadership teams to translate customer needs into strategy, technical positioning, capture, and execution while providing market, funding, and procurement insights to inform product direction and growth.

Leads international business development and growth across government and commercial space customers. Builds relationships with foreign agencies, sovereign programs, allied operators, and industry partners; develops account and campaign strategies; shapes technical opportunities and partnerships; and guides product and company strategy. The role requires expertise in international space markets, procurement, partnership structures, export controls, and complex program capture.
