Manage division-level onboarding and employee experience initiatives from pre-hire through employees’ first year. Lead program and project startups, process documentation, communications, stakeholder collaboration, rollout, and change management across Human Resources, Communications, Site Operations, and other organizations. Continuously improve orientation and employee experience programs while driving alignment, accountability, and successful adoption across the Strategic Deterrent Systems Division.

Expedites, routes, dispatches, and tracks test equipment and components between end users, vendors, OEMs, and calibration labs. Maintains equipment accountability, coordinates pickups and deliveries, updates TEAMMS and calibration databases, reconciles inventory, communicates status, and monitors workload performance metrics. The role requires physical handling of equipment, logistics or aerospace inventory experience, a California driver’s license, and location flexibility. Level 3 additionally requires metrology or calibration, aerospace and defense experience, and an active SCI clearance.

Leads the Systems Engineering Integration & Test Integrated Product Team for complex space systems. Oversees systems engineering execution, requirements decomposition and traceability, technical baselines, interfaces, verification and validation, and cross-element technical closure. Develops engineering teams, resolves complex technical issues, communicates risks and decisions to program leadership and customers, and partners with chief engineers and element leads throughout the program lifecycle.
