Manage end-to-end real estate development projects including site feasibility, due diligence, entitlements, permitting, consultant coordination, budgeting, scheduling, contract negotiation, construction coordination, and stakeholder reporting. Represent the company in public hearings and work cross-functionally with leasing, finance, and property teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.

Support real estate development projects through due diligence, entitlement analysis, market research, budgeting, schedule tracking, consultant coordination, permit and bid management, stakeholder meetings, reporting to capital partners, and assisting with contract administration and construction management to deliver projects on time and on budget.
