Lead and manage a portfolio of sophisticated wealth management and fiduciary client relationships. Provide holistic, goals-driven advice on trusts, estate planning, investments and tax issues; identify business opportunities; mentor junior partners; ensure compliance with fiduciary standards and internal policies; cultivate referral sources; and travel to meet clients as needed.

Lead lending support operations to improve loan processing efficiency and client experience. Coordinate loan onboarding, credit documentation, deal implementation, and portfolio support. Manage team performance, training, pipeline tracking, compliance, and process improvement initiatives across lending stakeholders.

Provide administrative support including preparing documents and reports, scheduling meetings and travel, data entry and verification, maintaining records, tracking expenses, greeting clients/vendors, and responding to general inquiries. Perform routine operational tasks while ensuring confidentiality and assisting managers and department partners.
