Coordinates administration and servicing for complex fiduciary, investment management, estate settlement, guardianship, and custody accounts. Resolves client issues, manages service requests, account openings and closings, documentation, fees, compliance processes, and account reviews. Partners with advisors and support teams, improves service efficiency, supports business development and presentations, and mentors junior employees while facilitating decisions and overseeing daily operational activities.

Coach and train wealth management advisors on client engagement, prospecting, relationship management, and sales effectiveness. Serve as a subject matter expert for GDWM and GPS, facilitate workshops, monitor performance, develop training resources, and promote growth-oriented behaviors. Partner with leadership and stakeholders to improve advisor adoption, client retention, conversion rates, and AUM growth.

Manages investment activities for personal trusts and individual portfolios, supports investment advisory teams, and helps develop portfolio recommendations aligned with client objectives. Coordinates with advisors, clients, attorneys, consultants, and service teams; researches investment strategies; mentors investment associates; follows investment guidelines and risk-management practices; and contributes to initiatives, training, and capability rollouts.
