Leads rehabilitative, therapeutic, educational, classification, healthcare, mental health, recreation, and transitional programs at a minimum-security correctional facility. Supervises staff, manages recruitment and performance, ensures policy compliance, evaluates program effectiveness, conducts audits, oversees offender classification, prepares reports, supports budgeting, and coordinates communications with stakeholders. Serves as Associate Warden during the Warden’s absence and rotates as Officer in Charge and Duty Officer.

Investigates financial aspects of human trafficking cases for the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation. Performs complex financial analysis, traces funds and assets, organizes case information for prosecutors, supports Special Agents, and presents findings. The role focuses on identifying and protecting trafficking victims and requires occasional overnight travel, extensive background screening, and collaboration with law enforcement partners.

Probation/Parole Officers supervise offenders, conduct assessments, manage cases, ensure compliance, and maintain professional relationships with law enforcement and court personnel. They are required to carry firearms and respond to crises.
