Own the IT infrastructure and cybersecurity function for a classified site. Responsibilities include infrastructure lifecycle management, incident response, security policy enforcement, RMF and accreditation execution, vendor and budget management, customer integration, and direct leadership of IT and cyber personnel. The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, executive risk briefings, inspection readiness, and alignment with federal classified-system frameworks.

Provides Tier I and II IT support while deploying and configuring workstations, servers, network equipment, cabling, peripherals, and VTC systems at new classified sites. Responsibilities include hardware lifecycle management, troubleshooting, account administration, patching, onboarding and offboarding, documentation, and compliance with DoD security standards. The role involves hands-on buildout work, coordination with cybersecurity and construction teams, and approximately 25% travel.

Own the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, including reviewing, redlining, negotiating, drafting amendments, and managing renewals. Build and maintain the company’s contract playbook, templates, and fallback positions in collaboration with outside counsel. Train the Growth team, track contract cycle times and deviations, maintain complete CLM records, and escalate material terms. The role partners with customer legal and procurement teams and supports commercial agreements across customers, vendors, and suppliers.
