Own the strategy, roadmap, portfolio, and P&L for NMI’s Value Added Solutions business. Lead product managers and designers, evaluate build-buy-partner opportunities, develop revenue-focused business cases, manage third-party relationships, and drive partner GTM, launches, adoption, and customer feedback. Collaborate across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Support while shaping product culture, mentoring teams, and representing NMI publicly.

Manages existing partner accounts to grow revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and adoption of payment, fraud, security, and enterprise solutions. Builds trusted client relationships, develops account plans, meets sales targets, resolves concerns, coordinates with internal teams, and uses reporting, analytics, and AI to identify opportunities and improve account performance.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable billing and invoicing systems using C# and PHP. Lead architecture, code reviews, mentoring, CI/CD improvements, monitoring, database optimization, security, and PCI DSS compliance. Use Claude and Cursor in daily development while validating generated code for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability. Collaborate across Product, Engineering, QA, and support teams to deliver reliable payment-processing services and resolve complex technical issues.
