Sell API-first money movement and open banking solutions to enterprise and mid-market clients. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to develop solutions and drive growth.

Corporate Counsel will draft and negotiate commercial agreements, support US and UK sales teams, manage vendor contracts, advise on product design, compliance, data protection, corporate governance, and contracting models. The role will maintain legal templates and review guides, improve legal processes, and provide practical business-oriented advice across the organization. This is a remote position requiring a JD, state bar membership, and at least two years of legal experience.
