Oversee accounts payable, vendor management, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, tax compliance, and financial close activities. Support audits, internal controls, accounting policies, and process improvements while ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Supervise and develop accounts payable staff and provide direct support to the Director of Accounting.

Supervises day-to-day quality control operations in a food manufacturing environment. Leads and coaches QC staff, ensures compliance with GMPs, HACCP, OSHA, and food safety standards, manages schedules and resources, investigates product and process issues, analyzes performance data, maintains quality and safety records, and implements corrective actions and continuous improvements. Collaborates with Production, Maintenance, HR, and other departments to meet safety, quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Leads the Top Ramen brand portfolio, overseeing marketing strategy, consumer insights, communications, innovation, renovation, packaging, portfolio management, and brand P&L. Develops long-term brand plans and product pipelines, manages cross-functional partners and agencies, guides advertising and promotions, and drives volume, profit, market share, and brand health objectives. Also leads team development and execution of new product launches.
