Leads and grows a distributed software engineering team responsible for developing and maintaining NinjaOne SaaS products. Provides technical direction, participates in architecture, code reviews, integrations, and deployments, and partners with product, platform, and project management teams. Oversees engineering operations, team mentoring, software quality, continuous improvement, and successful product delivery across UI, mobile, server, and agent systems.

Own global sales incentive plan administration and continuous improvement, ensuring accurate performance-to-payout calculations. Resolve commission inquiries, produce reporting and insights, manage UAT for plan changes, maintain system hierarchies and eligibility, and collaborate with Sales Operations, HR, and Payroll on employee changes. The role requires expertise in commission calculations, Spiff, Salesforce, advanced Excel, data analysis, plan design, and stakeholder communication.

Lead development of scalable Java software applications and high-availability services. Design architectures, solve complex system challenges, improve performance and scalability, and maintain quality standards. Collaborate cross-functionally, mentor junior engineers, own technical initiatives, address support-driven issues, and implement robust testing practices for mission-critical IT operations products.
