Lead Nike’s Los Angeles running brand marketing strategy and seasonal plans, including events, content production, sponsorships, community partnerships, budgets, and cross-functional execution. Manage timelines, meetings, workback schedules, project recaps, and performance insights while serving as a local running and consumer expert. Build relationships with running clubs, partners, agencies, marketing teams, and community leaders. The hybrid role includes on-site activations, occasional weekend and after-hours work, and travel up to 10%.

Leads innovative footwear design from concept through production, translating consumer insights and athlete needs into high-performance, sustainable products. Collaborates with engineering, research, materials, marketing, manufacturing, and other design teams; develops concepts, technical drawings, prototypes, sketches, and renderings; presents work in reviews; and helps establish design direction. Mentors designers, builds cross-functional partnerships, and contributes to team culture.
