Owns alignment between Sales and Marketing to optimize the lead-to-opportunity lifecycle. Manages GTM processes, territory planning, forecasting, reporting, data hygiene, and special projects. Acts as product owner for revenue tech stack, builds dashboards and SOPs, supports onboarding, integrations, and cross-functional revenue initiatives.

Serve as primary client relationship manager to drive retention, engagement, and growth. Provide training and product demos, resolve issues, document interactions in Salesforce/Excel, identify upsell opportunities, collaborate cross-functionally, support renewals and onboarding, and ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, ERISA).

The Release Manager oversees software release planning, scheduling, quality assurance, and deployment in a SaaS environment, ensuring successful execution across Product Development teams.
