Own campaign planning, creative strategy, execution, optimization, measurement and budget forecasting. Partner with analytics, BI and finance to maintain dashboards, attribution, tracking, and present performance insights to leadership. Manage agency and media partner relationships and scale influencer and new-format creative tests to drive acquisition and revenue.

Own high-volume outbound sales to small and medium-sized businesses, creating pipeline through cold calls, email, and social outreach. Qualify prospects, conduct discovery, handle objections, manage the full sales cycle, and close new customer accounts. The role focuses on net-new revenue, activity metrics, MRR targets, and consultative positioning of Bluehost’s online business solutions.

Build and own high-performance, customer-facing frontend applications using React, Redux, and TypeScript. Integrate AI-powered features, establish AI development guardrails, optimize scalability and reliability, and maintain design systems, testing standards, and continuous delivery practices. Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams while mentoring engineers and driving features from concept through production.
