Lead brand marketing across PR, events, social, content, community, broadcast, OOH, and print. Build and execute annual brand, PR, and events roadmaps, manage agencies, enforce brand guidelines, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor teams, and measure/optimize efforts to grow brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Manage physical security and workplace safety across company facilities, including access control, guards, surveillance, incident investigations, emergency response, risk assessments, audits, compliance, training, drills, contractor oversight, budgeting, procurement, and security technology investments. Partner with Legal, HR, Operations, logistics leaders, law enforcement, and emergency services to develop policies, enforce standards, and improve facility safety and security.

Provide phone and chat-based technical support before and after sales. Advise customers on compatible PC components and builds, drive purchases, troubleshoot hardware and Windows issues, escalate complex cases, support frontline agents, document interactions, and own resolutions through completion while meeting customer service and satisfaction targets.
