Support a General Office by driving agent retention and production, implementing NYLIC University blended learning and NYL Central training, conducting field observations and development meetings, leading prospecting and sales initiatives, coaching and mentoring agents and partners, and ensuring effective use of the Field Development System to improve sales performance.

Provide onsite administrative and operational support to the Managing Partner and agents, serve as primary point of contact, manage AP/AR and onboarding tasks, handle mail and facility issues, coordinate meetings and resources, and perform additional office duties to ensure smooth daily operations and positive agent/client experiences.

Management-training role to prepare for General Office Operations Manager. Train in new-business administration, compliance, agent contracting/licensing, customer service, staff hiring/training, performance management, budgeting, and agent development. Completion of a 1–2 year structured program leads to eligibility for Operations Manager appointment.
