Supports onboarding and contracting for new insurance agents by advancing contracts, tracking background checks and fingerprints, reviewing documentation, resolving data gaps, communicating status updates, and processing system integration forms. Provides administrative support to the Managing Partner, including phone assistance, calendaring, and executive correspondence. Requires customer service or office administration experience, strong communication and organization, meticulous data entry, Microsoft 365 proficiency, discretion, and a compliance-focused mindset.

Support a General Office by driving agent retention and production, implementing NYLIC University blended learning and NYL Central training, conducting field observations and development meetings, leading prospecting and sales initiatives, coaching and mentoring agents and partners, and ensuring effective use of the Field Development System to improve sales performance.

Provide onsite administrative and operational support to the Managing Partner and agents, serve as primary point of contact, manage AP/AR and onboarding tasks, handle mail and facility issues, coordinate meetings and resources, and perform additional office duties to ensure smooth daily operations and positive agent/client experiences.
