Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for a portfolio of schools serving students with special needs. The role guides principals and administrators, develops staff, drives enrollment and retention, manages school district partnerships, oversees resources and compliance, supports accreditation, and advances educational quality, sustainability, and inclusion across programs.

Provides administrative and client coordination support for an outpatient department. Responsibilities include greeting and checking in clients, scheduling psychiatric appointments, supporting intake and medication services, maintaining confidentiality, relaying messages, tracking surveys and case data, filing billing records, coordinating meetings, maintaining office equipment, and ordering supplies.

Leads complex employee relations matters, workplace investigations, performance management, corrective actions, and manager coaching. Advises leadership on employment practices, ensures compliance with policies and employment laws, partners with HR, Legal, and Compliance on sensitive issues, analyzes employee relations trends, provides manager training, and recommends proactive workplace solutions. The role is full-time in Sherman Oaks and requires driving to other Los Angeles-area locations.
